DOLA......what does it really mean?

although i have been on this board for over a year, not exactly sure what constitutes DOLA.  Does this mean;

last payment

reported last

settled

closed

inquired about account

????

Last activity on the account........such as payment or charge (if CC) ......maybe other things, this is what I know tho.
