so for the past several weeks DW and i have tried to pull her cr's directly from them. figured we might as well use the denial letters to pull the corresponding reports. i remember about a month ago, we were able to see TU and not the other two. but then this time around, it was all 3 bureaus that wouldn't let her see report online. each said that she basically answered the verification questions incorrectly and now must wait for letter in the mail.
well, yesterday i found out about amex's creditsecure feature and was offering it for a buck for the first month. i told her about it and talked her into doing an experiment which she reluctantly agreed 
i told her we'll cancel the service before the end of the month, but that we needed to see what was on her credit report. because if she was answering verification questions incorrectly, then there's more than meet the eye when it came to the issue. so this morning i go through signing her up. asked the usual verification questions. clicked submit and was expecting it to say can't pull reports....but a few seconds later...BAM! i was looking at her 3 in 1 report! upon review, i saw nothing out of the ordinary.
so im at a loss as to why when we try to pull reports directly from the bureaus, it won't let us. maybe this is one of those credit twilight zone?
