Daughter turned 18 and she can't pull her report

Wondering if anyone has any help with this.

Daugher is 18.  She has been an AU on two accounts for over two years.  The accounts are reporting TU and Eq but Ex is not reporting them.

When she tries to pull her "myfico" the system is saying there is a mismatch in info from experian.  Not sure how to get ex to report the accounts so she can start monitoring her info.

She can pull her scores from TU and EQ from Credit Karma but I know those aren't correct.

Anyone have any experience with this and how to fix it?

Thanks

You can go to Annualcreditreport.com and pull all 3 of her reports every week for a few months more (not sure when it ends this year but they started doing this last year due to the pandemic).

You can also download the reports and save to computer (best thing to do since once you close browser they are gone) and sift through at your leisure.

Once you get the reports you can see exactly what data is on them and the reports you get from acr.com are the most comprehensive you will find. I believe you can also for additional dollars purchase the credit scores.

If there is a problem with access to the EX report, then have her call Experian and have them work on it. She will probably have to verify her identity with them, but then she should be okay.
