Hello, I disputed a collection through both Equifax and TU. EQ verified and updated, while TU deleted. If I DV'd the collectiion agency, will it be possible for them to put this information back on TU?
TU can not re-insert with out the CA certifing the collection and them sending you a notice w/i 5 days of the re-insert.
It is a waste of time to dispute collections if they may verify-
You should have DV'ed first (esp if the debt is not yours)
