I don't know. Your state may be different, but generally once a judgment has been rendered by the court, there is nothing else for the court to do absent the judgment debtor contesting the judgment in one form or another.
I would seek clarification from both the court clerk and from the CA -- and also a local attorney if possible.
On part 2 of stipulation, the part with the big font, i thought they were saying the court would conditionally dimiss the case.

Generally the way it works is that once a judgment has been rendered (issued), there's nothing left to dismiss.
thanks for your responses. Im investigating it now, and taking it to my paralegal.

Update:
My paralegal says they are willing to dismiss the judgement, and its the same as vacating it. Theyll negotiate for me for $125.00, and because they contacted me with the offer, means they beleive I can win in court, and the cost wont benefit them.
So I will be negotiating with them before next week when the court date is due to settle out of court. Chances are highly my terms will be met. And the judgement will be removed.
Ill update this site of the step by step procedures.

Congratulations! I'm glad it is working out and you can get that judgment off of all your credit files.

Lawyer didnt even show. They lied and said they handed it to me. Judge wasnt buying it, while my doctors showed proof I couldnt answer the door.
I have to go back in June for a motion. Ill get the paper work in the mail.
I think im gonna order a pizza tonite, and watch a movie.
