Re: Delayed reporting

Thanks for this, yea I really don't get it. For over 2 years I've never had a problem; at least that I've noticed anyways. Holding out hope EX will update this week but quickly approaching my next due date so hopefully at the very least it updates for October. Like I said I'm planning on applying for a mortgage next month and really don't want to have to file a dispute with EX in order for them to update.

Re: Delayed reporting

Small update,

called cap one back door number and they gave me some conflicting data, at first she said they reported my information on the 28th, then she said they reported it on the 25th, then she finally said because my account has a $0 balance, that was the issue cause it looked like the account had no activity. I told her I used the card a lot and just paid it down before the statement cut, and she said it didn't matter.

So maybe be careful using capital one as one of your 0 balance cards? Maybe make it your azeo card so it has a balance to avoid this? I have no idea

Re: Delayed reporting

Hmm, interesting. The conflicting info is enough for me to not trust them. Having a $0 balance should have nothing to do with reporting. Odd. Seems like each time I've called the reps all say the same "script" and then when I inquire further they all tell me something different to some degree. Nothing from EX still, I am tempted to call again today but know it will probably ruin my mood when I hang up with yet again no info lol.

My Cap1 SavorOne reports even with a zero statement balance.  I just double checked my September myFICO Equifax report, and the account shows an update with a zero balance.

Re: Delayed reporting

Equifax just updated for me, 8 days after statement closed. How many days after equifax did experian updste for you? It was 2-3 days right? So sounds like my Experian should update soon as well.

also, when equifax updated it took me from 1-2 accounts with a balanced to 1/3 and I gained 8 points.
