Delinquent Account that was transferred

I have a closed delinquent account with an original late payment of over 8 years on my report. The creditor that it was transferred to has already removed it from my credit report. How do I get this off my report.

If you have a negative item that has been on your report for more than 7 years, dispute it with the credit bureaus as being too old to be reported.

The first delinquency on an account does not govern all subsequent exclusion of derogs from your credit report.

It is the date of first delinquency in the current chain of delinquencies, including a charge-off, in which the account has thereafter remained delinquent that governs exclusion of delinquencies within that chain.

What is the entire payment history profile reported by the creditor?

When did they sell the delinquent debt?
