I am preapproved for $5500 from Dell and would pay the balance off prolly within a month or two after getting the items. 

Does Dell/DFS report payment history to all major CRA'S? 

I read on the Dell site that they report as a "Revolving Line Of Credit. Does this mean it would not show up as a Consumer Finance Account but just look like a revolving credit card account on my credit reports? 

Any insight would help and thanks!!

Yes.  DFS reports to all 3 bureaus.  It shows as a revolving account, just like any other store card.  

It is likely still flagged by some systems as a CFA.  That's not something that is always obvious, and can happen on any store card like this and even notoriously at least one major auto manufacturer's own auto lending division.
