Derog question

I have a derog on my account from my bank. It is 6 years old right now. Do you think it is hurting my score real bad right now? Since it is so old.
 
Ive tried to have it removed with no luck.

Hard to say with 100% certainty, but I doubt it is effecting your score much.  From my own person experience, I had a 6.5 year old collection account removed early and it changed my score exaclty zero point.  No change at all.  It was a bummer.
