Yep, Elim. I sent 'em a link to that table, and pointed out the second column from the left. They didn't really respond to that, just said, "The underwriter said no."
Jamie123's advice above is right, I think. I don't know that I'll do it, but keeping the LO out of it and just applying online is the way to go. At least that's my takeaway after this experience.
