I had to take Discover to court, they were authorizing payment amounts on dates that I didn't authorize. Imagine getting 130 pages of transactions that show Discover trying to take all kinds of amounts out of your account.. I had a unsecured $750cl card and I dunno how, but after they got done screwing me raw, I was 469% over my credit limit- with a balance of $4,269.
