Discover Card PayPal Dispute

Hello All

Long time reader fist time poster.

So long story short. I purchased an item n line via PayPal with my discover card.

Had an issue with the device Calle the manufacturer and Manufacturer said the item might be counterfeit.

Disputed with PayPal after a month no progress. Filed a police report and disputed with Discover yesterday.

Today I checked online and the dispute is “complete”. Any idea what the means? Anyone disputed a PayPal charge with discover?

The amount was $3600 so it’s not chump change.

Call Discover and see what the status is, no one here is going to know lol.

Called and the automated message said it’s still under investigation. Just wonder how it could be complete after less than 24hrs.
