Discover Card account lost

I sent Discover card a GW letter a few weeks ago for a closed account and have not heard back from them. The card was PIF June '07 and when I called to discuss removing the 30day and 60day lates (which are the only baddies I have now) they said they could not find my account. I tried to access my account online and it mysteriously disappeared. I made all of my payments online from '04 to '07. Now my account it gone. I don;t know what to do now. Any suggestions?
