I just signed up for that today, actually! But from my understanding, it is only QUARTERLY, as the CRS mentioned. She also said ALL THREE REPORTS for 7.99 a month.
But I checked out the website http://www.discovercard.com/protection-solutions/credit-tracker.html and it says it only offers Experian report but you can check it 24/7.
