Dispute Verified

Ok we all know how the dispute process works we send the dispute in the CRA contacts the creditor,  they  pull up your information on thier system and look at thier computer screen, and the responce is "yes CRA that is what our computer screen shows" now the CRA considers that as verified.  Here is what I dont understand we are disputing what the creditor is reporting to the CRA as inaccurate , so when the CRA contacts the creditor and all they do is look at thier computer screen of course its going to come back verified, because thier system is incorrect.  So here are my questions

1.  Does the CRA of the creditor have to provide me with the proof (some type of documentation) that the account is truly verified, or do they have the right to verify the TL info from what the creditor show on thier computer screen?
2.  If if comes back as verified, do I have the right to request the documents from the dispute investigation? (something like another dispute requesting this information)

not sure if what im asking makes sence!!

Re: Dispute Verified

Most disputes are "automated" and "Electronic"
Your only course of action is a MOV stating their automated verification system is reporting inaccurate information.

Re: Dispute Verified

I just sent a MOV FAX to all three of the CRAs regarding two disputed accounts that have been listed as "Consumer Disputes this Account" for the last three months. I quoted the FCRA subsection in my fax as per the MOV link, and said that I've never received any satisfactory documentation regarding the disputed accounts either from the CRA or the CA or the OC, it had been over 45 days at this point therefore the CRA has 5 days to remove the disputed account.

Hopefully, I 'll get positive results, but I'll only know once they send me the updated CR (as you know they always send a new CR with the results of their investigation).
