Thanks. I have already sent letter to them directly as of yesterday, as well as to the reporting agencies as well.
If you haven't done already, comb through all your credit reports looking for other account that aren't yours, even if they haven't been charged off. Certainly sounds like some sort of fraud and/or identity theft.
Consider sending each CRA a letter CMRR or at least with POD for each individual chargeoff "requesting" they provide you the method of verification, also known as a MOV letter or a 611 dispute. CMRR/POD is suggested as date of receipt starts the clock on the requirement they respond within 15 days after receipt of your letter - in this context their letter sent back to you timestamped on Day 15 meets their legal burden to 'respond', not that you have their response letter in hand on day 15.
Don't file any CFPB complaints until after you get responses to your MOV letters, in part so that you can first give everyone a chance to tag themselves with a FCRA violation by not complying with the FCRA 15 day rule.
Yup aleready did that. Had 21 addressess removed from Experiean, 13 removed from Equifax, and 9 from TU. Also got several phone numbers that were not mind as well removed. Seems to be just those 4 accounts on all the reports.
Good luck, that's really a pain.
