Disputing a Charge with Barclay

Does anyone have experience disputing a charge with Barclay?  The transaction in question was purchased by me but the vendor failed to provide the services I paid for and will not honor my purchase which leaves me no choice but to file a dispute.  Has anyone done anything like this in the past with Barclay and how was your experience?  TIA

I have no account with Barclays but the procedure is the same with any bank that issues a credit card, you will write them a letter stating that you did engage in the transaction with the merchant but to date they have failed to perform or deliver the goods that were promised and they have also failed to give me my money back. Just stick to the facts and the case will most likely be decided in your favor. Federal laws govern what must be done.
