Honestly all depends on what you're disputing. I've had a lot of luck on the phone with EQ for "certain" things, and others got corrected when I faxed them.
I will be submitting a letters with CMRR when I dispute my judgments because the courts still can't find any info, and they're paid etc.
I will say EXP is the only one I personally believe you need to mail too, because there is some serious foolery going on over there
