Do Cell Phone Plans Report To CRAs?

Just wondering if a 2+ year contract service updates such as a Bally's membership or a credit card account. I'm trying to find as many services that report so I can build as many positive accounts as possible.

They usually only report baddies, not goodies. Like utilities
