Do Equifax, Experian and Transunion Update over the weekend?

Just curious. My friend on whose Sapphire card I am an authorized user brought his balance down from $4,316 to $3,384 with a $5,100 credit line with the card reporting on the 27th. I was wondering if I would see any score changes over the weekend (I did not, but neither updated via Credit Karma), that is why I was wondering if they updated over the weekends.

Yes they update on weekends, if the lender reports it over the weekend.
