Do I have a case?

I had a payday loan and owed them $1420.  I called them and immediately got them to settle for $1100.  I made a payment of $650 with a $5 processing fee.  The next day $665.42 was taken out of my account.  It's no big deal, but it made me mad they thought they could do this.  I called them this morning and the guy talked to his supervisor and said he would have the funds reimbursed and it will be back in my account tomorrow.  What would you do if the funds were not there. I told them I did not authorize that much and if it wasn't there, I'd be calling back. 
 
Not a big deal really just the thought of them doing it, but do you think If the funds did not show back up that I could have them delete if from my CRA and chec net?
 
I have read so many companies ripping people off. I told them it was for my daughters lunch money that extra 10.00. Made the guy feel kinda bad.

You didn't make him feel bad TRUST ME!
These people have no feelings. you did the right thing by calling them, they take advantage of sooooooooooooooooo many people just they way they did you.
 
With me they took the WHOLE amount out of my account every stinking penny and my bounce protection.
I spoke with my bank and they said the CA told them I gave them authority to take that much (sneeky little ...nevermind), they did return all the money back to my account but there was not much I could do to them my attorney said, not even force them to delete the account, SHUCKS, I know.
That is bad when even an attormey won't even touch the case.
 
I really don't think there is anything legally you could do to them since they did return the extra money they took, now if they didn't that would be a different story then YES would would have had a case.

Update.  I checked my account this morning and they reimbursed me the $15.45. Not once, but twice. about 2 minutes apart.  I can't wait to see if they notice THEY made a mistake or if they will try to take it out of my account again.
