Does Hooters offer a CLI at activation

Just got my new Hooters card..they pulled my credit on the 12th and I got it today..only a $1000 limit I was hoping for more.

I think my Tu was 668 when i applied but maybe I jumped the gun as I had had 1 collection on there (which has now been removed)..no lates but a pr still on there.

Anyway just wondering if I should bother asking for a CLI when I activate it or not .
