Does a closed, positive account but with a low limit have an overall negative effect?

Or do only OPEN accounts with 'low' limits factor in?

I ask because my CreditSecure keeps telling me:

"Having low credit limits on your accounts and loans counts negatively against your credit score. blah blah blah"

So I'm wondering if some builder cards from many sun cycles ago, that are closed positively, but still showing on the CR, are what's actually hurting me vs having an open, active Orchard with 1400, CreditOne 1550, Slate 1500.

Ignore the FAKOs and advice from CreditSecure. FICO does not operate that way. Low limit CCs will never ever hurt your FICO score. It's how you use those limits that counts. In other words, FICO ignores ALL limits on closed accounts. And FICO doesn't care if you have low limits on your open accounts.
