Does anyone know statue name/# if CRA report inaccurate info?

I need to send a letter to the CRAs stating that they are in violation for reporting inaccurate information in my reports (because a CA didn't respond to DV in a timely manner accroding to FDCPA section 809). 

If someone could help me out with the statute name and number mention in my letter to the CRAs (i.e. FCRA #)?

Unless you are saying that they are in violation because you have contacted them already and they refuse to delete, you don't need any special letter or statutes other than the 809.  Just pack up your evidence and send with the simple letter in the link.
