Does anyone order credit reports by phone? Thx

I am trying to order credit reports by phone using three bureaus' auto phone system. However will I be able to choose to truncate my SSN on the reports during the call? Dose anyone have ordered by phone before and help me please?

I've ordered equifax over the phone because for some reason, they'll let me buy a report online, but they always seem to have trouble verifying me for a free one. What I would do is call just to get a confirmation number, then just open dispute online. I'm having a hard time remembering, but I don't remember a prompt to only include the last 4 of social
