Does this count as one inquiry or three?

I noticed on the EQ report I have three separate inquiries under cap1. where below it I have two separate Chase inquiries. Is this read as three inquiries or one on Cap1?

That count as three different inquiries. Each time you have applied they have HP.

Pway is correct

The only way they would count as one is they all showed the same date.

Ie Cap 1 pulled EQ (6/21, 6/21, 6/21) Fico Scoring would consider that one pull

Thanks for explaining that. CK is showing multiple pulls, not sure how to interpret this. Funny that Chase has multiple lines with one date on each made me question if it was a single or multiple inquiry.
