Does this sound right?

I have 4 hard inquiries on my TU credit report from collection agencies, so I called TU just now and the rep told me I cannot dispute the inquiries through TU, that I have to write the collection agency and request for removal and then I have to send the letters to TU for removal. I asked the rep if the collection agencies refuse to removed the hard inquiries then what do I do? she said, " They will stay on the report for 2 years". Does this sound right?

You can WRITE   TU & ask for the PP that the CA gave them! and at the same time tell them (TU) that you did not apply for credit nor do you have an account with them (CA). DELETE it!

You can also mail the CA and tell them that they do not have PP and that they have 5 days to remove ing. or you will notify the FTC AND  turn it over to your attorney.
