Double Checking NY FCRA

I live in NY and have a negative TL on all 3 of my CRAs.

EQ lists DOLA as May 2005

EX lists that the account is due to report until Feb 2012 (Assuming it's unpaid. Paid = Feb 2010?)

Just to be sure, once I pay this in the coming weeks, it is automatically going to be a PFD under NY FCRA.  Correct?

Re: Double Checking NY FCRA

I would assume that too. However, mentally toss out DOLA. DOLA doesn't matter. You'd need DOFD. Since your drop off date listed is 2/2012, it is safe to assume that DOFD was 2/2005. Makes sense because DOFD always preceeds DOLA.

Just double check your AAoA if this is an OC. You don't want to end up losing points.
