Double Whammy

I have a paid judgement on my CR.  The collection for that is still on my CR as well.  I feel that's like the same TL reporting twice.  Is there anything I can do about that?  They are both showing as paid.

I guess I am lucky.  Actually, what I have is a medical collection listed from a CA.  The judgement for that collection is listed with the OC.  It appears as if it is really 2 tradelines because it would be hard for anyone reviewing my report to see that they are one in the same. The original collection amount is even different as the amount of judgement includes court costs.  What really bites it that I thought  insurance had taken care of it and due to my moving, I didn't realize I owed.  One day last December, someone shows up at my door with papers for DH and me.  I didn't have the money then, but paid it as soon as I did.  Now, unless someone has mercy on me, I will live with that oversight for the next 7 years.
