I recently pulled my annual free reports and I've noticed 62 medical bills in collections totally over $24,000. Upon looking further, I'm noticing that several listings appear to be duplicates showing the same CA, date, and amount. Some listings appear up to 8 times. Many of these come from Commonwealth, which I'm learning isn't a great company. Is it possible for the same collection to be reported so many times? I added things up, and after removing the duplicates the difference is 28 collections totalling just over $12,000. Big difference! How should I proceed?
