EQ Credit Score

EQ is my lowest score an it seems like this score never moves for some reason. My score was 638 last month but now it's down 18 points due to a recent collection account added to my CR. Seems like it's gonna take me forever to get in the 700 club with this score.

Do you have a lot of relatively new accounts on EQ too? They seem to punish new credit more than the two other bureaus.
