IME, usually by the 2 yr mark, if not earlier.

They're usually good for right at 2 years. EX is 25 months though.

They will drop off after 2 years, but do not be surprised if your score stays the same. I have had 4 drop off over the past week, and my score still has not changed. I suppose the one year anniversary is when the bump happens.....could be wrong though.
Starting Score: 583 EQ, 612 EX, 569 TUJust to follow up on this, my EQ inquiry fell off on the 2 yr anniversary.
