I learned something new by reading the bottom of the Alert Matrix link.  Interesting.

That is good information, so basically if someone gets a score update from TU/EX every 7 days they will never get the EQ Fico 8 score update until either the 3B report is ran or they pay for a 1 off EQ report. At this point I expect all three scores to be really close, the reason EQ has been so much lower was an old collection (with zero balance) that is gone now.  My EQ Bankcard score went up 81 points with the change, waiting to get my FICO 8 to update in my signature.

Once they are all above 800 I will probably be a little less obsessive, a few point here or there won't matter as much at that point.

Sorry, I should have clarified. My FICO 8 EQ has not changed. I know I'll have to pay for the mortgage scores when I'm ready.

I'm getting all the alerts, not always quickly, but I haven't noticed any missing other than my EQ score updates.

Technically, they're not score updates, they're simply alerts as to something which has occurred in a particular bureau's report. And the updated FICO 8 from that bureau is merely appended.

I've been getting my EQ alerts (together with updated EQ FICO 8) with the same regularity as my EX and TU alerts.

I have the premium MF, and you definitely are not the only one who experiences this issue. The fact that MF is charging for a service, and is only coming thru with 66% of those services is unacceptable.

To put the blame on Equifax and still take your money is BS. It's MF, in my opinion, who needs to reach out to EQ and figure it out. Not us.

I've been getting my EQ alerts and score updates from MF on the same frequency as my TU and EX alerts.

Re: EQ Score Won't Update Unless I Buy a Report

I get EQ updates all the time (due to balance changes), typically twice a week, depending on reporting date.

I've never experienced EQ score not updating as long as alertable event is present.

If you go to your settings, you can set the alert for balance changes. See if yours is enabled in a first place, and set it for lowest amount

For me, I'm getting the same alerts from all three bureaus at the same time (well, within a 24 hour period) so that's not the issue.
