So I called and the lady said she can see there are some discrepancies so I need to send in my drivers license, Social Security card and the problem I'm having again for them to get it cleared up. I explained that I did this last year via certified mail and she said apparently they didn't get it because it's not fixed. When I asked what the discrepancies were, she just repeated that I needed to send in my drivers license, Social Security card, and the problem I'm having.....I really hate Equifax.

Follow your challenges!

 

For several years Equifax has stalled me from getting my reports by telephone, online and in writing through the snail mail process.

 

In the last few months I was finally able to use the online and actually got to update everything! Amazing? What happened?

 

Did get complete access ... must be special now?

Sometimes the OCA (office of consumer affairs) are stupid too even if you HUCA honestly. Equifax is garbage.

It's still blocked, I've lost count of the phone calls and letters, I've given up and no longer care.

Had to create an account just to say thank you, I found your response online after talking to multiple supervisors and support reps with equifax for hours and them wanting me to send in physical copies. I didnt get this resolved until I asked for the magic words "Equifax Office of Consumer Affairs"
