EX Report

I just pulled my FICO scores 4/23/08
The report I pulled via myFICO for EX has Midland (correct OC)listed once.
This is accurate info.
I filed a dispute with EX online.
On the investigation results Midland is listed twice (same OC), so it shows as 2 collections.
Why would that be and what do I do?

Check the account # that midland is reporting. IF it has the same account #  dispute as DUPE.

Same account number and same OC name.
How do I dispute as DUPE? File a 2nd dispute through the CR I just disputed?
Hope I am making sense. I am a bit confused by this.
