hello - have not checked my credit in a while and have not poked around much but 2 things I noticed is they hide/conceal the downgrade option and there is no way to display all 3 scores at once. yes, a 1st world issue but irritating
The changes are definitely a few steps backwards. When I see changes like this, I assume that someone was looking for job security going forward. Why change what isn't broken?
Just got off the phone with (Mod cut - not here, please) working there. Two reps in a row swore up and down that not a thing was done to change the Experian.com website. Truly useless.
This change happened a few weeks ago, if you click "Reports & Scores" at the top (marked 1 in my screenshot) it takes you back to a similar page as what I recall before. Then if you click "Compare All" on the following page (marked 2 in my screenshot), it'll show you the details of all 3 side by side.
As far as hiding downgrade, hasn't it always been under the account/membership page under "Manage membership plan"? They've moved the position on the page a few times now, but I wouldn't call it hidden. The annoying part now is there's an extra step in there (also came about with the main page change).

Before the redesign, when I was in "credit report" mode, it was slow loading my accounts, and often didn't load them at all. Now it's much more seamless. So for me it's an improvement.
I hope I'm wrong about this, but it appears that the redesign of experian.com has included their dropping the FICO scores other than FICO 8. It used to show FICO 2 and 5 other scores based on EX data other than FICO 8. Now those scores seem to be gone.
Never mind, I found them. They're just hard to locate. One has to go all the way down on the "Scores" page, and the page loads sporadically.
