Equifax Backdoor Log On Issue

Either I've logged on too many times or after I forgot to enter my birthdate I keep getting the message "Your information doesn't match our records" even though it's the same information I used several hours earlier. Will the system reset after a few days or what do I have to do? I contacted EQ customer service and they want to charge me a fee.
