May be you can spread the following information around. It is confirmed and verified and used by me personally. The following is the address for the Office of Executive Consumer Services at Equifax. If you can not get nothing done on the phone, send them everything via certified mail. Be sure to list your Equifax report confirmation number, ssn and date of birth. They will fully investigate it and get back to you.

* this number is always busy. you will get an answering machine. leave your name and number in a clear voice and someone will eventually call you back. give them a couple of days atleast.

* anything that you want to mail, you can fax as well. It will save you some days. remember to list your equifax report confirmation number, ssn and dob.
