I should add, that I've gained those points and some back since then through proper rebuilding steps, managing my credit, and not having anymore negatives added.

My score is in the tank right now due to util, but won't be for long. I am horrible at getting them paid before they report and staying on the right schedule.

Re: Equifax Report

how slow of a climb was it, though?  i mean, i know i should be more interested in the "big picture," but i'm kind of happy now that my scores have been improving; i'm not looking forward to seeing them drop again.

I can't remember for certain when it was removed.

I want to guess it was sometime in June or July.

I know it was after mid-April and before August.

ETA: I checked my bank statements, the payment to them posted on 7/11/2008, so it was within the next month to month and half after that.

Re: Equifax Report

Yes, it shows that way because it is a collection.  EQ says it is my oldest account, which happens to be Midland also.

I have only pulled my report from myFICO one time close to a year ago.  It also said I had no credit history.
