Equifax report through Myfico completely inaccurate

Hi all

I am on the road to rebuilding my credit but a little frustated with the info Myfico reports from Equifax.  It is not consistent with the info that the Credit Bureau is reporting.  I have contacted Equifax to dispute info that is showing on Myfico only to be told it is non existent.  Therefore I know that the score being reported is also not correct.  Has anyone experienced this? Is there some sort of delay as I pulled my report again today and it differs totally from the Equifax report I pulled directly from Equifax today.

Thanks

Contact FICO customer service, and I would double-check that your personal information on both credit reports and see if there's a discrepancy too in addition to the tradeline data... may be a different dataset.

What's reporting differently?  Generally hasn't been any disparity from what I've seen in EQ here, TU has had a spate of random wierdness lately.

Thanks. My EQ is reporting accounts that were removed months ago. About 4 additional are reflecting on the MyFico EQ data when the actual report from the Credit Bureau shows just 2.

Customer service suggested I screen shot and show them what they are reporting to MYFico. But again they are insisting that they are not reporting these additional accounts.

Follow through, if there's a serious discrepancy historically they will follow up.  Two reports pulled at the same time should be identical here vs. bureau, and if it's not, that's a bug somewhere either on MF's end or more likely Equifax's in this case given that myFICO doesn't have the data.
