I have a closed Capital One account with the first date of delinquency in June of 2019 and was subsequently charged off 2 months later, I paid the amount while it was in collections which means that it did not become current again after that. That being said, my time since most recent late payment is 5 years and 2 months which is what the other two bureaus are showing. Equifax is showing the correct date of first delinquency but somehow showing that my most recent late payment was 2 years ago. Naturally, this is tanking my equifax score compared to the other two. Is there a possibility to dispute this or should I leave it alone?

if it was never brought current, your most recent late payment should be this month, not two years ago
you should leave it alone because if you dispute it, they will update it on all three to actually reflect late payments every month until it falls off after 7 years from DoFD
Can you explain how my most recent late payment would be this month?
