Equifax's New Credit Report "LOCK" in effect?

I read on Finance Globe forums that there was a NEW Credit Report Lock recently made available on Equifax; not a freeze necessarily, although it's essentialy the same thing.

Is anyone familiar with that and are you using it?

I currently use the LOCK feature for TU via TrueCredit, but I haven't accessed it via Equifax.

It does not allow anyone besides your current creditors to pull your report- 

I have been testing it out with the DW's account-

It allows you to allow certian creditors or provide them a pin code.

Unlimited locks/unlocks.

Is it only available through an EQ account, ie; subscribing to Credit Watch?
