Ex reinvestigation?

Anybody have any luck with getting them to reinvestigate.  I've wrote letters,  and they keep saying they've already have.

they are a pain in the ass with this. I would call them if I were you. Otherwise, if a company has given you goodwill, it might take time to update.

I called them,  they were very rude,  I am not getting anywhere with them.
