Experian $20/mo but CR is incomplete

I pay EX $20-something a month for their service. After fruitlessly searching for the soft pulls on my CR, I grabbed one from annualcreditreport.com or somesuch, and there they were, right below my lone HP. I guess I'm just grumping, but I don't see the logic in not presenting a full report when I'm paying for one. To me, knowing when Amex last did a SP might affect when I would ask for a CLI or app for another card.

Since SPs are only ever supposed to be seen by you, Experian and TransUnion only include them on the hard copy and reports ordered from the ACR site. Equifax will let you see them on their website but we know how little EQ cares to protect your data.
