Experian Credit reports

When i go to Experian.com/reportaccess you are supposed to obtain a free report if you were denied credit. I get this error:

We are unable to process your request. Please call us at 1 800 311 4769

I also get this same error going thru annualcreditreport.com for experian. I cant speak to anyone at that number without having a credit report number. Has anyone ever had this problem ? Or where i can go to resolve it

In the past when I wanted toview my free credit report after being denied, and I have already burned my free for the year report, I have had to mail the CRAs with a copy of my denial letter requesting a new free copy.

Re: Experian Credit reports

you do know that 1 per year doesn't mean 1 per calendar year, right?  it really means every 12 months.  just to clarify.  it's kind of misleading.

Re: Experian Credit reports

I get this error message, saying that I can't get my annual (full) freebie because I have credit monitoring through them. Maddening. Smiley Mad
