I called Experian on Sunday. The woman I spoke with was courteous and acutally sounded concerned. She was American (not sourced from a foreign country). I called back today, and spoke with a young man who was also in the US, and likewise helpful and pleasant.. What has happened? They must have stopped outsourcing call centers to India? Also, the attitude was more like client service oriented rather than "don't bother me with your personal problems" as in even the recent past. I wonder if it's a corporate paradigm shift for them toward service rather than abuse? They are rated the best place to work in Orange County. I actually feel I got further with the call to Experian than in the past.
