Experian FICO and CR don't match

In 2006, my credit union changed card providers. Apparently during that changeover a $66 payment (made) was not credited to the right card provider and reported correctly. After all these years, I've just discovered an ongoing delinquency being reported on my Experian FICO that doesn't show up anyplace else...not on the Experian CR! It's also the ONLY delinquency showing on my FICO and I want to get that removed since it is incorrect. How do I get Experian and my credit union to cooperate on that...so far, I'm getting no response from anyone!

Suggestions or advice?

How is the late showing up on your Experian but not in your Experian credit report?

+1. I would think if it is showing on your EX Fico then it would show on your EX CR since that fuels the Fico score.

Regardless, if you are correct, sometimes it may just take some back and forth while being very firm. I had an issue with a collection showing on my TU CR and had to go back and forth between both the collection agency and TU. Finally, TU agreed to investigate it, and it was removed.

FICO - TU: 815 | EQ: 793 | EX: 813

Sears MasterCard: $13k (1/2013)
Capital One Venture One Visa Signature: $10k (7/2015)
Amex BCE: $9.8k (3/2014)
Amex Corporate: NPSL
Chase Freedom Visa Signature: $9.5k (3/2014)
Discover it: $9.5k (3/2014)
Barclaycard Visa with Apple Rewards: $2.65k (6/2013)

Re: Experian FICO and CR don't match

It is very possible for it to show up on myFICO CR and not the CRA direct report.

myFICO is a 3rd party report and sometimes things may not be formatted correctly.  When this happens always go by what the direct from the CRA shows.
