Opened an Experian IdentityWorks account yesterday and tried to go back in today to enter some more personal information and could not get in - kept saying user name or password is incorrect. OK, fine...I'll do a password reset. Takes my user ID and other required information and allows me to change the password and then....new password doesn't work either!
I suppose I have to wait for Experian support to open at 6am, but I wonder if anyone else has seen this and was able to get it resolved? Sucks when websites don't work the way they're supposed to, especially in this environment where we're panicking about protecting our credit!
Edit: Never mind...must be something to do with my personal laptop. Was able to get in using my iPhone and I expect I'll be OK with my work computer (which is how I signed up yesterday).
