Experian/Incorrect Addresses/Name Mispelled 20 Times/Opting-Out

Hi guys,

Experian has my name mispelled 20 times, my addresses are incorrect and listed 10 different times, so I need to correct ASAP. My question is - should I call them and take care of this as well as to opt out or should I send a letter?

wow, i thought i was the only one with this problem.

I have the same exact problem. I wrote them a letter saying that my addresses are wrong and please remove. they wrote back saying that your creditors reported those to them, they cannot remove.

Examples of my address deviations.

"Apt 2, floor 2, apt # 2, fl 2, #2"

That's 5 different address entries on my report when it should just be one.
