Is this score accurate? I was wondering before I pay to refresh myfico. EX is putting me at 708.

It's a fako score. Fico is the score you need to know.

As I mentioned in the other thread, creditors do not use FAKO's.  Accuracy depends on the target.  The Experian Plus Score is accurate for its own scoring model but it's not accurate substitute for FICO scoring models.  Even FICO has a number of scoring models in use by creditors.

My EX+ is 76 points off from my EX FICO, so take the score with a very large grain of salt.
